How do I import a .FIT swim file to SWIMTAG

1. On the profile page click Import Swims > Import .FIT         
2. Choose your pool from the drop down list or if your swim was in Open Water choose Open Water Swim. If you pool is not in the drop down list click Add Pool. 
3. Click Choose File and select the .fit file on your computer. 
4. When finished click Import Swim
