Occasionally, the ID number shown below the QR code on the Places Leisure App may be your Contact ID number which is different from your Card ID number which is encoded in the QR code.
There are 3 ways to check the ID:
1. You can send a screenshot of the QR code page to support@swimtag.com and we will check the ID for you and reply by email with the confirmed ID number.
2. You can use this link here to check the code you are entering is correct by uploading a screenshot of your app.
3. You can scan the QR code in your Places Leisure App with another mobile phone camera app and the correct ID number should appear on the screen. Write it down and try this ID instead.
Places Leisure are working on a fix for this issue.
