As an Apple watch or Garmin watch swimmer, you may unexpectedly see the message "You have reached your monthly swim limit" on your News Feed.
Your SWIMTAG account will automatically revert to our 'Free' account type if you haven't uploaded a swim using a SWIMTAG band in the last 12 months.
If you are a member of a pool with a Club SWIMTAG system installed you have two options:
- Use one of our SWIMTAG wrisbands during your next swim which will automatically update your account with unlimited access to all features.
- Enter your pool 'Promo Code' in the membership details section of your account settings (as shown below), the code is displayed on the SWIMTAG screen at reception (ask a member of staff) and this code will update your account for you.
